Weekly Special: Meditation Wednesday

Every Wednesday, RituYog transitions into a deeply restorative meditative format designed to calm the mind and release mid-week stress. The session begins with slow, mindful movements and focused breathwork to settle the body, followed by restorative asanas that gently open the joints and relax muscular tension.

We then move into an extended guided meditation and deep relaxation sequence that helps you reset your energy, improve mental clarity, and reconnect with your inner calm.
