No prior yoga experience is required. Our instructors guide you step-by-step with proper alignment and breathing instructions.
Can I join online sessions?
Yes, online practice is available. The experience is still guided and personalized.
What should I bring to the class?
A yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, we can guide you on the best one to buy.
What are pause days?
Pause days allow you to freeze your membership during travel, illness, or personal reasons.
How long is each session?
Each session is 55–60 minutes, designed to give you a complete experience—from warm-up to guided relaxation.
Do you offer one-on-one classes?
Yes, private sessions are available upon request.
Can I join if I have health concerns or limitations?
Yes, but please inform us about any existing medical conditions. We modify postures to ensure safe practice. For serious concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting yoga.
What types of yoga classes do you offer?
We offer holistic and balanced yoga sessions including warm-ups, Surya Namaskar variations, Vinyasa sequences, traditional Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama techniques, guided meditations, and deep relaxation. Our classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, posture, breath awareness, and mental calmness.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our instructors adjust postures and intensity to match your fitness and comfort level.
Do you offer meditation classes?
Yes, we conduct Meditation Wednesdays, a special weekly session focused on breathwork, awareness practices, and deep inner stillness.
How many members are there in one batch?
We keep our class size small to ensure personal attention. On average, each session has 6–10 members, depending on the batch.
Is there a trial class available?
Yes, you may attend one trial session to experience our teaching style, flow, and studio environment before enrolling
How can I register for your classes?
Registration is simple—fill out the form on our Registration Page or message us directly through the Contact Page. We will confirm your slot based on batch availability.
Do you offer morning and evening batches?
Yes, we currently offer classes in both the morning and evening. Currently we have session running at 7.30 AM, 8.45 AM, 10.00 AM and 7.30 PM

It is a dedicated weekly session where we slow down, deepen our breathwork, explore guided meditation, and experience inner silence. It helps reduce stress and improves mental clarity.
Where is Ritu Yog located?
We are based in Noida Extension, in a warm, aromatic, and calming studio designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself.
Who are the instructors?
Our classes are led by Ritu Dubey – Founder & Certified Yoga Instructor (MDNIY, New Delhi) and planned by Amrendra Dubey – Yoga Instructor & Session Planner (MDNIY, New Delhi)
Together, they bring structured guidance, traditional knowledge, and personalized attention to each session.

How soon will I see results?
Every body responds differently, but many of our members start feeling lighter, more energetic, and more flexible within 3–4 weeks of regular practice. Consistency creates transformation.
Can I change my batch timing later?
Yes, you can request a batch change based on availability. We try our best to accommodate your schedule.
