RituYog runs a dedicated children's batch at 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for ages 5 to 15, at our studio in Cherry County, Tech Zone IV — the area known as Greater Noida West or Noida Extension.

It is taught by Ritu Dubey, who holds a Master's degree in Yoga and is certified by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi. The same care that goes into the adult batches goes into this one: postures adapted to the child in front of her, props on the shelf, and a batch small enough that nobody is practising unwatched.

A month costs ₹2,400 — roughly ₹109 a class. The first class is free.

What parents notice

What an hour of yoga does for a child

Flexibility and balance

Growing bodies stiffen quickly when most of the day is spent sitting. Regular practice keeps hips, spine and shoulders mobile while the habit is still easy to form.

Focus that carries into school

Breathing practices and balance work ask for sustained attention. Parents most often tell us their child sits still for longer, especially around exam season.

Confidence, not competition

Nobody is ranked and nobody is compared. A child who could not hold a posture last week and can this week learns something a scoreboard cannot teach.

Time away from a screen

An hour of real movement, five evenings a week, in a room with other children rather than alone with a tablet.

Parents ask

Before you bring your child

What age can my child start?
The kids batch is for children aged 5 to 15. Younger children work mostly through play, balance and breathing games; older ones move toward proper asana, alignment and focus work.
When is the kids class?
Every weekday at 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for 55–60 minutes. There are no classes on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays.
Do parents stay during the class?
You are welcome to settle your child in. Most parents drop off and return at the end — children usually focus better without an audience, and the batch stays small enough that every child is watched closely.
Is the first class free for children too?
Yes. Bring your child for a free trial class before deciding anything. No card, no commitment.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable clothes they can move in, a yoga mat, a water bottle and a small towel. Blocks, belts and other props are provided.
