Mats laid out in the RituYog studio before a class

Yoga class fees & timings in Greater Noida West

Five batches a day, Monday to Friday. Every session is a complete 55–60 minute practice — warm-up, Surya Namaskar, asana flow, pranayama and relaxation.

An in-studio membership at RituYog costs ₹2,400 a month, ₹6,500 quarterly (₹2,167 a month) or ₹12,000 semi-annually (₹2,000 a month). Across roughly 22 weekday sessions a month, that works out to about ₹91–₹109 a class.

Hybrid membership is 30% less and fully online is 50% less. A home yoga trainer in Noida Extension typically costs several hundred rupees an hour — a RituYog membership buys the same posture correction, in a real studio, with props provided.

Your first class is free. No card, no commitment.

Before you join

The things worth knowing first

What happens if I miss a class?
Missed sessions are not carried forward, extended or adjusted. Holding a fixed slot is what keeps the practice a habit, and what lets us keep batches to 8–10. If you are travelling for a fortnight or more, talk to us before you renew and we will work something out.
Can I change my batch timing later?
Yes, subject to availability in the batch you want. Just ask — most people switch at least once as their routine changes.
What exactly is hybrid?
Hybrid lets you attend in the studio on some days and join the same class live online on others, at 30% off the in-studio rate. It suits people whose week is unpredictable — travel, late meetings, a sick child at home.
What do I need to bring?
A mat, a towel and water. Everything else is here — blocks, belts, rings and knee pads are kept at the studio and used freely.
Do I need to be flexible already?
No. Most people who join cannot touch their toes on day one. Postures are adapted to the body in front of us, which is the entire reason batches stay small.

It's been 4 months since I joined Ritu yoga classes, and I'm really happy I did. Earlier, I never thought I could stay consistent, but because of your guidance and positive energy, yoga has become a part of my daily routine. I feel calmer, more active, and much better both physically and mentally. Thank you, ma'am, for always motivating us and making every class so peaceful and enjoyable. Grateful to be learning from you. 🙏❤️
